Digital Image License Agreement
By purchasing and downloading digital images from Memorment Photography, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use of the purchased image or images. This agreement does not supersede any contract that has been signed when booking a photoshoot with Memorment Photography.
Permitted Uses
You may:
- Download, store and back up your purchased images.
- Print the images for personal use.
- Share the images on personal social media accounts and personal websites.
- Use the images for personal announcements, gifts and display within your home.
Social Media Use
When sharing images online, credit to Memorment Photography is appreciated where possible. Images must not be altered.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Sell, licence, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit the images.
- Enter the images into competitions without written permission from the photographer.
- Use the images for advertising, marketing, promotional or business purposes without purchasing a separate commercial licence.
- Edit, heavily filter, manipulate or alter the images beyond basic cropping for personal use.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the images.
Copyright
Copyright of all images remains with Memorment Photography and the photographer at all times. Purchasing digital files does not transfer copyright ownership.
Commercial Use
Any commercial, editorial, promotional or business use requires prior written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.
Liability
Memorment Photography is not responsible for image quality issues resulting from third party printing services, image compression by social media platforms, or unauthorised modifications made after delivery.
Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading or using these digital images, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Digital Image Licence Agreement.
